Order Processing Time:

 

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are $5 for each, bottle. For multiple bottles purchased, shipping charges will vary, depending on weight. 

 

Typical delivery timeframes:

- Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days

 

Delivery delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues.

 

Shipping Carriers:

We primarily ship through:

- USPS

- UPS

- FedEx

 

Local Pickup or Delivery (Optional Section)

 

Customers may select local pickup or delivery at checkout.

- Local Delivery: Available if address is in Santa Clarita Valley, CA or close city. Email for details. tnttallow@hotmail.com 

 

 

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

Order Issues & Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

However, we will assist you in filing a claim if needed.

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct at checkout.

If an address error results in a returned package, additional shipping charges may apply
